How to make a return:
- Contact us by email to let us know your intention to return the purchase
- Close the package, taking care to insert the item in its original packaging
- Send or deliver the package to the courier if we have booked the collection
IMPORTANT
It is absolutely forbidden to return the Products without any external protective packaging.
The customer has the right to withdraw from any order concerning the Products purchased on the website www.rialb.it, without giving any reasons and with any declaration, provided it is explicit, delivered to RIALB SRL.
INFORMATION REGARDING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (pursuant to art. 49, paragraph 1, lett. (h) of the Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 "Consumer Code")
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the ordered goods. In the event of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the customer in a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day term starts from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier designated by the latter, acquires physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to inform RIALB SRL of the decision to withdraw from this contract through any explicit declaration to that effect (for example, with a letter sent by post or e-mail).
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
Following the withdrawal from this contract, RIALB SRL will reimburse all payments made by the buyer, with the exception of delivery costs and any other additional costs deriving from the choice of a type of delivery other than the standard one offered by RIALB SRL itself, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from which RIALB SRL is informed by the customer of the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. These refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used by the customer during the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
The customer is required to return or deliver the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the sales contract.
The Products must be returned - properly packaged in their original packaging, not damaged, damaged or soiled and equipped with any accessories, instructions for use and documentation; - provided with the receipt or invoice (present in the original packaging), in order to allow RIALB SRL to identify the customer - without obvious signs of use, except those compatible with carrying out a normal test of the item (they must not bear traces of prolonged use or in any case exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not have been such as not to allow resale).
If the returned product does not comply with the previous paragraph, the withdrawal will not be effective. The costs of returning the goods are charged to the customer and the latter is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products themselves.
RIALB SRL ships with SDA and GLS Express Couriers from Monday to Friday, in about 48/72 hours from order confirmation (even if the goods are often delivered in the first 24/48 hours). Only on some items delivery times may be longer, but still reported in the product sheet.
WARNINGS
RIALB SRL is keen to remember that, upon delivery, it is always important to check:
- that the number of packages corresponds to that indicated in the tax document that accompanies them;
- that the goods correspond to what is actually indicated in the transport document (DDT) where requested;
- that the packaging is intact and undamaged, even in the materials / sealing seals (adhesive tape, straps ...).
Any damage or mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the Courier making the delivery, adding the words "withdrawal with reserve due to lack and / or damage of n ° ... parcels "on the appropriate fiscal document and confirmed by e-mail to RIALB SRL within 7 (seven) calendar days. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked and any hidden damage must be reported to RIALB SRL within 7 (seven) calendar days.
Any report beyond the aforementioned terms and / or by means other than those described above will not be taken into consideration.
Once the receipt has been signed to the Courier, it will no longer be possible to dispute the external characteristics of what was delivered or the number of packages received.
Payment methods accepted:
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
ELECTRONIC INVOICES
For purchases with a VAT number, the request for an electronic invoice must be sent during the payment phase by entering the data necessary for billing in the notes to the seller or at the same time as the order via Ebay messaging, or in the payment notes via PavPal: VAT number and / or tax code, SDI unique code, PEC address.
Requests for electronic invoices made after the purchase will not be accepted.
