RCA Film / Slide Adapter / Converter  FSA 036A in Original Box  Description: Up for sale is an RCA Film / Slide Adapter / Converter  FSA 036A in Original Box. The adapter part says on it Film/Slide Adapter  RCA  Japan.  It also says 46 - 58  Japan under the bottom cover.  The lens looking part says on the side Conversion Filter  52mm  Japan. The 4 guides are metal. (Please see photos) Measurements:   The adapter part measures approx.1 3/4" in diameter. x 5 1/2" long.  The lens part is approx. 2 1/2" in diameter.  The 4 guides measure approx. 10" x 2" and 5" x 2" (2 of each).  The box measures approx. 12" x 6" x 4". Condition: This is in very good condition.
