You will need to purchase the CRIT-LINE Blood Chamber is disposable and necessary to use in coordination with the CRIT-LINE III, easily found and available online. I have 11 of these Monitors available and they are all in the same new condition. I opened one for the pictures and the rest are opened but still in same manufacturer's wrapping. This device works by continuously monitoring the Hemotocrit and Oxygen Saturation. The CLM III provides diagnostic information (hemotocrit , percent change in intravascular blood volume, and oxygen concentration), concerning the vascular compartment during hemodialysis therapy. Blood parameters are displayed approximately one minute after they are taken and throughout the entire session. With these parameters staff are able to make the necessary adjustments possible for fluid removal without causing morbid events that occur with significant blood loss. The Crit-Line III monitor
measures hematocrit, percent change in blood volume and oxygen saturation
in real time for application in the treatment of hemodialysis patients with the intended purpose of providing a more effective treatment for both the dialysis patient and the dialysis technician.
Its platform Crit-Line III TQA technology base enables non-invasive, optical measurement of absolute blood parameters in addition to other revolutionary upcoming products in the hemodialysis field and beyond. The Crit-Line and its associated products are FDA 510(k) approved, carry the CE mark and are CLIA exempt.
Condition & Testing
New, old stock. Still in manufacturer's packaging and original box. I opened one and charged it up for testing and pictures. Battery holds a charge. Buttons respond to prompts and the online menus are easy to navigate. The LEDs are clear and bright but also have the option to dim with a contrast button. Perfect with the exception of some glue residue from tapes.
