    Description

    These surplus M9104-AGP-2S non-spring return electric actuators with built-in differential pressure transmitter are floating, 3-wire damper actuators that mount directly onto round damper shafts up to 1/2" in diameter or up to 3/8" square shafts.
    The actuator and differential pressure transmitter assembly are ideal for use with variable air volume direct digital controllers.
    The actuator generates 35 lb-in (4 N-m) of torque.  It has a 60-second travel time at 60 Hz for 90-degrees of rotation.    It includes an onboard differential pressure transmitter with
    a range of 0 to 1.5" W.C.
    and a corresponding proportional output signal of 0.5 to 4.5 Vdc.   The supply voltage for the transmitter is 15Vdc or 24VAC.
    Power requirements for the assembly is 20-30VAC, 2.1VA.  The damper actuator has a self-centering clamp and a single set screw for attaching the actuator to the damper shaft.  A wiring harness with two 10 foot cables electrically connects the actuator and differential pressure transmitter to a VAV controller.  A manual gear release permits positioning of the damper actuator without power simplifying setup and adjustments.
    A 24VAC signal from a DDC controller drives the actuator to rotate the variable air volume box damper in the appropriate direction, either more open or more closed.  When the onboard differential pressure transmitter senses the required differential pressure, the VAV controller stops driving the actuator, causing the VAV box damper to stop moving and remain in place.
