    The TV One 1TV1280HD is a scan conversion device sometimes referred to as a scaler; it accepts standard resolution analog video signals on composite, component and Y/C connectors. This device then upconverts to a HD-15 connector outputting to a multiscan computer monitor. The output resolutions are displayed up to 1280 x 1024 or HDTV 1080i.
